The existence of this American 12" promo may indicate that Once Upon A Time was considered as a possible
US single (in preference to Ghostdancing). But the title track has not been edited in any form - which is the
norm if a song is being considered as a single.
Unlike its predecessors, the 12" was issued in a colourful generic A&M sleeve.
