The German release featured a different track selection and a different sleeve (which took its artwork from the album).

The third image is a 7" artists acetate - a picture printed on transparent plastic. I bought it from a dealer who claimed it was an early design of the sleeve; he received the single before the release date from Zoom Records. I've included it here because I've got no idea what it is and Jim and Charlie have no idea what it is. Anyone know?
